Northampton-based marketing partner Care Launch has been named Best New Business of the Year at the 2025 Northamptonshire Business Awards, just twelve months after opening its doors.

The award recognises the company’s rapid growth, strong financial performance, and growing impact within the UK care sector - an industry the team says is overdue for the visibility, creativity, and support that modern marketing can provide.

Founded in October 2024, Care Launch was created by three local entrepreneurs - Brendan Gilbert, George Nagy, and Harry Evans - who shared both professional marketing experience and personal ties to the care industry. In less than a year, the company has grown from an idea to a 12-person team working with some of the most respected care organisations in the country, including Country Court Care, Richmond Villages, and Dovehaven.

"To be recognised like this in our first year of business is a superb achievement," said Co-founder Brendan Gilbert. "It’s a testament to the work our team puts in every day to help care providers break outdated misconceptions and tell better stories about the incredible people working in care."

Care Launch’s services include full-funnel digital marketing — from website design and SEO to video production and social media. Their campaigns have already reached millions of viewers, showcasing the humanity, humour, and hard work happening every day inside care homes.

Their impact hasn’t gone unnoticed. In addition to this award, Care Launch is currently shortlisted for:

  • Care Supplier of the Year at the National Care Awards
  • Best Use of Search: Health at the UK Search Awards, for their campaign with Ashberry Healthcare
  • PR & Marketing at the Social Care Premier Supplier Awards
  • And Director George Nagy has been named a finalist in the Young Leader in Care category at the Social Care Leadership Awards

This recognition comes after a year of bold moves — including launching at the Care Show Birmingham just 12 weeks after founding, investing in a physical office at the Northampton Innovation Centre, and creating the Care Marketing Collective, a fast-growing community for in-house care marketers.

“We built Care Launch to be more than an agency,” said Co-founder Harry Evans. “We want to reshape how care is seen, help providers grow with confidence, and create meaningful career opportunities for young creatives in Northampton. This award tells us we’re on the right track.”
