North Northamptonshire hosts Inclusive Recruitment Conference for employers
Corby is set to host a major event aimed at helping businesses unlock the benefits of inclusive recruitment.
The North Northamptonshire Inclusive Recruitment Conference will take place on Monday, December 15, from 9am to 12 noon at the Council Chamber, Corby Cube, George Street, Corby (NN17 1QG).
Organised in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and North Northamptonshire Council, the conference will bring together employers, experts, and community leaders to share practical strategies for building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the region.
Attendees will hear from keynote speakers with lived experience, offering real-world insights into how inclusive hiring can boost productivity, innovation, and staff retention.
