New hair salon opening in Finedon as owner realises childhood dream
Hairdressers are allowed to open from today following the Covid-19 lockdown
A hairdresser will finally open her own salon tomorrow (Saturday, July 4) after dreaming of doing so since she was 14.
Sarah Elliott, 29, has taken the run-down building at 99 Wellingborough Road in Finedon and, with her partner Russell, has transformed it into Eurphoria Hair, a unisex salon that will throw open its doors in the morning.
Sarah said: "It’s my first salon and I’ve been qualified for 13 years. I’m a mum of two so this is exciting for us all!
"My self and my partner Russell have had a big job on our hands as the building was very grim before, with a black ceiling and dark grey walls.
"I’ve worked in salons since I was 14 and I’m 30 next month so it’s a bit of a dream."
