“Our apprentices continue to learn new skills and develop confidence which they are able to call upon in their jobs every day, and it’s been great to watch them learn and grow in their roles.

“Extending the apprenticeship programme was the logical next step and we’re looking forward to continuing to nurture the careers of our apprentices over the year ahead.”

Its first apprentices from the classroom are Faye Wright, 19, and Becky Harvey,18, who have both joined National Accident Law as paralegal apprentices.

Faye said: “The idea of learning a job while doing it every day appealed to me.”

Becky said: “I’m enjoying developing my knowledge in an office environment.”
