For the first time, the NAHL, which is made up of the National Accident Helpline and law firm National Accident Law, both based in Kettering Venture Park, is to take on school leavers in apprentice roles.

Samantha Warner, Learning and Development manager at NAHL Group, said: “We launched our first apprenticeships last year to offer new opportunities to exist-
ing members of our team and that has been really successful.

“Our apprentices continue to learn new skills and develop confidence which they are able to call upon in their jobs every day, and it’s been great to watch them learn and grow in their roles.

Faye said: “The idea of learning a job while doing it every day appealed to me.”
