J&J Global Fulfilment announce major advancements to ControlPort™
One of the UK’s leading eCommerce fulfilment specialists, J&J® Global Fulfilment has announced the launch of significant enhancements to its award-winning fulfilment platform, ControlPort™.
The Customisable Dashboard feature has been further developed with a host of updates, including fully flexible BI dashboards, on-demand data export, brand new data sets that were previously unavailable (such as revenue by country) and a more streamlined process to move from high-level overviews to granular investigations.
Brands can now also visualise key performance indicators in real time through intuitive charts and interactive elements. New widgets cover everything from total stock value and orders by channel, through to monthly order cost, orders per country and total orders dispatched, providing a comprehensive and transparent view of operations.
The new experience offers multi-user access, meaning each department within a business can create customised views that are relevant to their priorities while maintaining control over sensitive information. Restricted access options for specific widgets further enables secure data.
