The Recovery Through Enterprise programme was set up, by local authorities and organisations, in light of the coronavirus pandemic to support local businesses and partner organisations from across the county and offers a variety of resources and help including personal one-to-one business advice, dedicated support for those thinking of starting a business and access to specialist resources.
