Temporary public toilets installed in Kettering town centre

They will be open every day so shoppers don't get caught short

Shoppers visiting Kettering's town centre won't be caught short after temporary public toilets were installed.

The loos have been placed at the top of Meadow Road, adjacent to the cycle racks near McDonald's.

Kettering Council said they "will be there until the town's existing and permanent facilities can re-open".

The This is Kettering page, run by the council said: "The toilets are open from 8.30am to 5pm every day and will be cleaned regularly.

"Works are being carried out over the coming weeks to improve their appearance."

Elsewhere in Kettering the Newlands Shopping Centre toilets opened in June.
