Bill’s at Rushden Lakes is hoping customers will enjoy 'Jingle Bill’s' as the chain prepares to serve up some Christmas cheer and indulgent festive specials.
The restaurant on the Boardwalk says diners will be able to admire the Christmas decor before soaking up the festive spirit by indulging in a selection of bespoke Christmas cocktails and dishes.
Mixed by Bill’s creative bar team, Bill’s Rushden Lakes has created a collection of festive concoctions, including a Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini, a Stars & Spice Gin Bramble, the A Very Monkey Christmas, created with Monkey 47 Gin and paired with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, and a Candied Rhubarb Cosmo.
