It's been confirmed that Chi will open at the popular shopping park on Wednesday (December 16).

The restaurant will be the firm's fifth in England, with other branches found in Cambridge, Watford, Norwich and Basingstoke.

It will serve up Asian-inspired treats such as bao buns and banh-mi with fillings such as Japanese fried chicken, braised pork, king prawns and panko sweet potato.

Chi also sells noodle bowls and rice dishes, soups and Asian sides such as gyozas, spring rolls and Vietnamese 'dirty fries', as well as desserts such as sweet fried baos and bubble waffles.

When it opens it will be the latest addition to Rushden Lakes, which opened in 2017.

The shopping park added a new store today (Thursday) when EE opened their doors this morning.
