Burton Latimer plumbers buck the trend by opening new shop
Covid has forced businesses around the country to close or move online - but two Burton Latimer plumbers are bucking the trend by opening a new shop.
Atlantic Plumbing & Heating Supplies opened in High Street yesterday (March 1), in a unit which was previously a toy shop.

They decided to take the plunge and open the store despite the pressures businesses are under because of the pandemic.
James said: "Most people aren't opening shops in the circumstances and it was a bit of a task getting it all set up in the lockdown.
"But we got there and now we want to grow it.
"In the future we'll be looking at online sales as well but we're taking it one step at a time."

And James, who is Burton Latimer born and bred, said it will be something new for the town.
He said: "Burton Latimer hasn't got anything like this and a lot of people have to go to Kettering or Wellingborough just for little household bits.
"We're trying to look after the community and keep it in the town.
"I've lived in Burton Latimer all my life and I can't remember there being a shop like this here."
