Accident on M1 south of Northampton causing delays of more than 70 minutes
A lane has been closed on the M1 due to a car accident.
The crash happened on the M1 Southbound between junction 15 for the A508 and junction 14 for Milton Keynes.
The AA traffic news website says the clear-up after the accident has closed lane three and is causing very slow traffic, with queues near Northampton adding an extra 72 minutes to people's journeys.
