5. Milton Keynes Theatre
You can watch Britain’s Got Talent winners and street dance sensations Ashley Banjo and Diversity in Jack and the Beanstalk this December and January in Milton Keynes. Audiences should ‘expect laughs, music, special effects, magic beans’ and should be ready for ‘bundles of audience participation’. 6. Belgrade Theatre, Coventry
Fancy starting your Christmas fun in November? You can watch Beauty and the Beast at the Belgrade Theatre from Wednesday November 24 until Saturday January 8, 2022. It ‘promises to be a beauty of a show’, bringing ‘a touch of magic, mayhem and monstrous fun to your festive celebrations’. After a year’s wait, tickets are already selling fast. Written by and starring Coventry’s favourite dame Iain Lauchlan, he will once again be joined by Craig Hollingsworth as his sidekick – and ‘together the dynamic duo will bring comedy and chaos’.
