With its flurry of stately homes and miles of undulating countryside, it’s no secret why we love Northamptonshire.
But the county’s gems, tucked away in the middle of England, have also had their fair share of interest from Hollywood.

5. Castle Ashby

A bastion of Northampton's shoemaking industry, Tricker's was established in the town in 1829 by Joseph Tricker and its factory is still in operation.
