Work is ongoing to resolve problems with water supply in and around Wellingborough.
A burst water main had led to very little pressure or no water at all for some homes in Wellingborough and Little Irchester, as reported by this newspaper yesterday (Wednesday).

However, it was proving to be a ‘complex job’ that was taking longer than they had originally hoped and despite their efforts, some customers are still reporting problems with their water.
A spokesman for Anglian Water has since told the Northants Telegraph: “We’re sorry some customers in Little Irchester and the surrounding areas may have low water pressure or no water at all.
"We dealt with a burst water main in the Kingsway area overnight on Tuesday and most customers’ water should be back to normal.

The spokesman said they were hoping to fix these smaller bursts last night (Wednesday) and would be updating the ‘In Your Area’ page of their website as work progresses.
According to the website this morning, some issues still remain in and around Wellingborough.
