First glimpse of what Corby's new Irish bar could look like
A new seating area in Queen's Square, Corby, will flank an Irish Bar planned for an empty premises in the square.
Posh Paddy's Irish Bar and Grill, which will be run by the people behind Corby's highly-successful Italian restaurant La Fonte, is to be based in the former Glasshouse unit.

Hide AdThe Glasshouse, run by Corby Town chairman Paul Glass, closed in January 2017, less than a year after its launch and the building has been empty ever since.
Now the new landlords O'Connor Murray Holdings are hoping to make a go of the bar when they open later this year.
To kick-start trade, and ahead of an expected surge in outdoor drinking areas due to the Covid-19 epidemic, they are planing a swanky outside covered seating area as well as a glass porch.
Plans have been submitted to Corby Council this week and are currently open to public comments.
