Northampton actor lands big name part
Thomas Dennis will be sharing the central role of Christopher Boone in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.
The 19-year-old shares the part with Joseph Ayre in the National Theatre’s production of the book written by Simon Stephens, also born in Northampton.

Hide AdThomas left Northampton at age 4 to live in France with his family, then came back to the UK at the age of 11 to go to Sylvia Young Theatre School and lived with host families
His work in theatre includes Yen at Gothenburg English Studio Theatre, Peter Pan at Regent’s Park, Chalk Farm at the Underbelly Edinburgh, The Bush, Brazil and NYC; Henry V for Mouth to Mouth; and Oliver! at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
He has also appeared in TV shows The Hollow Crown and Parents and films Hysteria and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
Thomas can be seen in the show at the Gielgud Theatre in London.
