Hat-trick hero Joel 'buzzing' for Corby's big tie at Stockport
The Steelmen will head to Edgeley Park to take on the Vanarama National League North side on October 6 after they claimed a superb 4-1 victory at Alvechurch last weekend.
Summer signing Carta was the star of the show with three of the four goals while Jamie Anton added the other.

“It was a great day,” Carta said as he reflected on the win at Alvechurch.
“Scoring a hat-trick in the FA Cup is something that doesn’t happen very often in anyone’s career so to do it last weekend was brilliant from a personal point of view.
“But the most important thing was that it was a great day for the club and the fans.

“It will be a big day for all of us and the fans as well. We can all look forward to it.”
Manager Steve Kinniburgh believes the trip to Stockport will be “an experience” for his players and he admitted the draw couldn’t have thrown up a much bigger game for his team.
“You always want a home draw when it is the FA Cup because it gives you that little advantage,” the Corby boss said.

“And they don’t get much bigger than Stockport who were in the Football League not that long ago.
“It is going to be an experience for the boys to go up there and play in a Football League stadium.
“It will be something a lot of our players haven’t done before so it’s an exciting tie for us.”
