VIDEO: See the latest footage of Rushden Lakes scheme taking shape
The footage was taken by John Bancroft, who has been taking pictures and filming it using a drone since work first got under way on the Rushden Lakes scheme.
It shows the large units which will soon be home to names such as Marks & Spencer and House of Fraser.

As the camera takes you around the site, it shows where the Costa driv-thru will be near the entrance to the site.
The new footage also illustrates how work is progressing on the area near the waterside, which will include the visitor centre run by the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire with a cafe run by independent coffee chain Bewiched and the new home of Canoe2.
This area is surrounded by a boardwalk which will allow people to enjoy views of the lake as well as lead them to the start of a 20-minute walk around it.

It had been hoped that the first phase of the multi-million pound development would open in April, but this has been delayed until July.
Revised plans for the second phase of Rushden Lakes were approved earlier this month, including a 14-screen cinema, indoor trampoline facility and indoor climbing facility.
Following approval of the revised plans, it means the number of jobs created in the completed development will now be 3,760, as well as the number of retail units increasing to 42, the number of restaurants going from 15 to 18 and the number of car parking spaces increasing to 1,889.
