"YO! is joining an already impressive line-up of restaurants at the destination and will increase the choice for Rushden Lakes visitors.”

Victoria Mathers, head of marketing at YO!, said: “Celebrating the vibrant flavours of Japan, we're thrilled to announce the opening of YO! at Rushden Lakes. With a commitment to freshness and authenticity, our hand-crafted sushi and build-your-own bowls promise to tantalise your taste buds.

"We can't wait to meet YO!, and share the joy of Japanese cuisine with the Rushden community."

Yo! Sushi has more than 100 locations in the UK.

Its new Rushden Lakes site will be joining the likes of Bill’s, Pizza Express, Wagamama and Wildwood.

However, it comes on the back of several other food and drink businesses closing their doors there, including Jurassic Grill, Blue Mountain Yard and Hopmaster.

YO! will be open from 11am to 8pm from Mondays to Saturdays and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. Opening times during bank holidays may vary.
