The Lincoln Pub, which has been refurbished in recent years, needs a new owner.

A long leasehold is being offered to a prospective tenant.

The pub in Corby's notorious Lincoln Way also features living accommodation upstairs. It is licensed to open until 1.30am at the weekends and until 12.30am on weekdays.

It had been feared that the pub would be converted into flats after Corby Council granted permission several years ago but it was revived in 2018 and given a facelift.
