NORTHANTS COMBINATION: Baldwin's brace sends S&L into the next round
S&L Kingswood booked their place in the second round of the Premier Division Cup as two goals from Corey Baldwin gave them a 2-0 victory at Spratton.
Kettering Nomads made comfortable progress as they won 3-0 at Earls Barton United thanks to Daniel Denton, Mark Redding and Nathan Wills but Corby Pegasus’ hopes were ended in emphatic fashion as they were thrashed 9-0 at Moulton.

Hide AdA Mark Kelly goal wasn’t enough for Burton United as they went down 2-1 at home to Harpole but Wollaston Victoria got the better of Desborough & Rothwell United.
Tom Legg, Tom Ripley and Cameron Wiseman were on target in Victoria’s 3-1 success while Bradley West replied for Desborough & Rothwell.
There were a couple of big wins in the first round of the Division One Cup.
Elliott Campbell (3), Corey Beattie (2), Owen Bell (2), Luke Antonacci, Mark Deacon and Chris Hart gave Finedon Volta a 10-1 win against Brixworth.

Hide AdAnd Weldon United also hit double figures as they hammered Higham Town 11-1.
Woodford Wolves, meanwhile, lost out 4-1 in a penalty shoot-out after they had shared a 2-2 draw with Moulton Spartak, Callum Robert and Matt Watts on target for Wolves.
Michael Line (2), Jakes Hughes and Shane Richardson were among the goals as Wilby beat Corby White Hart Locos 6-1 in the first round of the Division Two Cup.
The local derby between Corby Pegasus Reserves and Weldon United Reserves went the way of the latter by a 5-0 scoreline.

Hide AdAnd there was also a heavy loss for Kettering Orchard Park who went down 7-0 at Yelvertoft.
In the Division Three Cup, Corby Siam enjoyed a comfortable 5-0 win over Thrapston Venturas.
Ryan Hall, Jake Thompson, Kenneth Campbell, Luke Cruikshank and Leo Paul were on target for Siam.
Goals from Louis Trimble and Shay Magee earned Corby Ravens a 2-0 victory against Stanwick Rovers and Weldon United A edged out Irthlingborough Rangers 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in which Blake Helsdown scored twice for Rangers.
