A man was robbed of his mobile phone and wallet when he was grabbed from behind while walking along a footpath in Corby.

The robbery happened between 9.50pm and 10pm last night (Thursday) on a footpath between Sower Leys Road and Harlech.

The male offender was described as 6ft with a muscular build and he wore a black ski mask, black jacket and jeans.
