Get a closer look at Northamptonshire Air Ambulance at open day
The air ambulance is opening up their annual volunteer conference to anyone and everyone who might be interested in helping their local lifesaving charity keep their helicopters flying.
The conference will take place in Sywell Aerodrome, with Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance operating from the hangars there for the day – allowing volunteers and supporters to see their air ambulance in action.

Hide AdAttendees will have the chance to meet the crews who save lives locally, learn more about the charity and take part in a number of activities on the day. Refreshments and lunch are also provided.

Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance goes out on approximately 900 missions a year, each costing an average of £1,700. They receive no government funding and rely completely on the generosity of the public to keep their service flying.
