Two accused of attempted murder after Rushden shooting
Two men have appeared before magistrates charged with attempted murder after a shooting in Rushden.
The victim was shot in Newton Road at about 1am on January 24, 2018, and went to hospital with a gunshot wound to his arm.

Hide AdToday (October 12), more than two-and-a-half years after the incident, suspects made their first brief appearance at Northampton Magistrates' Court in connection with the shooting.
David Kaye, 56, of McInnes Way in Raunds, has been charged with attempted murder and GBH with intent.
Kaine Simms, 23, of Milestone Road in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, has also been charged with attempted murder and GBH with intent.
Both spoke only to confirm their name, date of birth and address and were released on bail.

Hide AdThey will next appear at Northampton Crown Court on November 11.
A third man has also been charged in connection with the incident
Samuel Cole, 23, appeared via videolink from HMP Stocken.
He has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
