Six in court today over climate change protests at Barclays' Northampton HQ
Six people will appear in court today (Thursday) in connection with an eco-warrior attack Barclays' Northampton HQ earlier this year.
A group claiming to be from climate change campaign group Extinction Rebellion sprayed fake oil over the company's entrance lobby in February protesting against Barclays' use of fossil fuel.

Hide AdBlack dye – representing oil – was spread around the reception area and over a Barclays logo on the wall of the Brackmills campus building highlighting what Extinction Rebellion claims is the banking giant gambling with the planet's future.
Luke Michael Adams, 24, 30-year-old Martyn Lyman and Daniel Shaw, 34, Linda Michelle Davidson, 50, and 55-year-old Dave Keir Lane — all from Northampton — plus 57 year-old Alan David Heath of Kettering are all due to appear at Northampton Magistrates Court charged with criminal damage to property valued under £5000.
