Evidence was secured from the location and further investigations led to Webster.
During the inquiry process Webster admitted advertising for business via social media despite not being registered as a waste carrier and had no licence or authority to carry out the waste removal work.
Webster also admitted that he was responsible for the waste in question and had taken payment for its removal.

Magistrates gave Webster credit for his early guilty plea, took into consideration that he stated he accepted full responsibility and that his circumstances were currently difficult.
They reminded Webster of the seriousness of waste related offences and the impact they have on the community.
He was then ordered to pay a total of £1,143 in fines and costs.
