On-the-run Kettering ‘most wanted’ criminal caught driving ‘shed-of-a-car’

A man who had been wanted by Northamptonshire Police is back behind bars tonight.

Distinctive criminal Lake, 41, had been the subject of a wanted appeal by Northamptonshire Police yesterday (Wednesday, April 23) for breaking the conditions of his release from prison.

But today (Thursday, April 24), officers from the force’s road crime team caught up with Lake after spotting his rundown matte black motor.

The Northants Road Crime team tweeted that they had caught their man in a ‘shed of a car’ with no tax and insurance.

He is currently in custody.
