The driver possessed cannabis and breached COVID-19 restrictions

A moped was seen to be riding illegally on the roads with a pillion passenger in Central Avenue, Kettering on Monday (November 16) between 3.05pm and 3.40pm.

Northamptonshire Police issued a 23-year-old man with a ticket for breaching COVID-19 restrictions. He was also presented with a community resolution referral for possession of cannabis.

The moped was seized by officers and will be crushed.
