Chocky horror as thieves snatch £250 worth of sweets during Northampton break-in

Masked thieves made off with £250 worth of CHOCOLATE after breaking in to a fuel station in Northampton.
The two Snickers nickers forced their way into the BP Connect garage in Abington Avenue, opposite the County Ground, at around 10pm.

Hide AdDetectives have launched an appeal for any information after they were last seen making a getaway towards Clarke Road with their haul of sweets.
A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: "The incident happened between 10pm and 10.30pm on Monday (April 20) when the fuel station was closed.
"Two males forced open the main doors and stole £250 of chocolate before running off towards Clarke Road.
"Both offenders were white, about 5ft 9in, and of an average build."

Hide AdPolice issued a description of the first male who had a green scarf covering his face and was carrying a pink/purple bag on his back. He was also wearing a blue beanie hat, a shiny black body warmer over a long sleeve black jumper, blue jogging bottoms with a white and red print down the left leg and black shoes with a white sole.
The second offender had a white covering over his face and was wearing a black coat with the hood up, grey loose jogging bottoms and black shoes with a white sole. He was carrying a cream coloured cloth bag.
