Burglar steals jewellery from Corby home after forcing entry via kitchen window

A burglar broke into a house in Corby before fleeing with jewellery.

Police have appealed for information after the incident in Oakley Road, near East Avenue, which took place between 4.30pm and 11pm on Tuesday, October 17.

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said the offender forced entry to the property via a kitchen window.

The spokesman said: “Witnesses or anyone with any information should call Northamptonshire Police on 101.

“Please quote incident number 23000646963 when passing on any information to make sure it gets to the right person as quickly as possible.”
