A Corby woman has taken her love for bubbles to the next level - by converting a horse trailer into a prosecco bar.

Siobhan Holmes, 29, is set to launch her ‘Vino Van’ next month at The Cheese and Wine Festival in London.

Her venture started by purchasing a horse trailer but now she cannot wait to get going.

She said: “I just love prosecco and all things quirky and the idea just came to me.

“It’s been quite a quick turnaround, I got the trailer in January and it was ready in about six weeks.

“There are prosecco vans out there but I don’t think any are in old horse trailers.

“We’re launching at The Cheese and Wine Festival on April 1 and I’m so excited.”

Miss Holmes added that she is looking to take the van to a whole variety of events in the future.

She said: “We’re going to be doing private events and others, like music festivals and food and drink festivals.

“Prosecco is so popular but I think there’s still a gap in the market for it.”
