Jomidar Lounge: New Indian restaurant opens in the old Bricklayer’s Arms, Creaton
Occupying what used to be the Bricklayer’s Arms, Jomidar Lounge is a whole new concept for Creaton, Northampton, from a firm that’s been delighting diners around the country for years.
The new restaurant opened its doors on July 25 with a grand opening that welcomed the first diners and gave them a chance to taste the mouthwatering dishes. The chefs have been busy finalising a mouth-watering menu to suit everyone.
New name, new look and new menu
With a new name, new look, new chefs and a whole new menu, this will be a welcome addition to the local night-time scene.
Diners are already queuing up to reserve a table, and, after perusing the menu, we can see why.
Traditional Indian dishes such as korma, Kashmir, vindaloo and biryani will be served with meat or veg or your choice, and accompanied by all the delightful sides you could wish for.
You will want to try the specials, including the lounge special starter of chicken tikka, tandoori king prawn and seekh kebab, or the special roast Bengal style, boss lamb or garlic and honey roshuni modhu.
