Werid menagerie of impossible on stage

Fantastical characters and curious creations will visit Wellingborough next week when an outrageously Imaginary Menagerie comes to town.

The show, presented by Les Enfants Terribles, promises to entertain, amuse and beguile audience members at The Castle Theatre on Tuesday March 29.

The caravan of curiosities and its crew of mysterious misfits has arrived.

Dr Longitude and his team of ‘experts’ will guide guests through a “puppet-packed, ludicrously lyrical and magically musical tour” of the Imaginary Menagerie’s finest exhibits – including a cow that looks like Queen guitarist Brian May.

The show has been described by Total Theatre as “a visually striking and highly fantastical world of circus and carnival, where anything seems possible”.

Tickets for the show, which starts at 2.30pm are priced between £8 and £10 with a family ticket priced at £32 for four.

They can be purchased by calling the box office on 01933 270 007 or online at www.thecastle.org.uk where more information is available.
