He has been known as his alter-ego The Pub Landlord for 20 years and now Al Murray is bringing his anniversary show to Royal & Derngate in Northampton.

The comedian is touring his show One Man, One Guvnor – 20 years at the lager top.

The landlord character is on a one man mission to bring his own brand of common sense to modern life.

Al Murray takes to the Derngate stage for performances at 4.30pm and 7.30pm on Saturday, April 25.

Tickets are priced £26.50 and can be booked by calling Royal & Derngate box office on 01604 624811 or online at

Parental discretion is advised when booking this show.

Also bringing a distinctive brand of comedy to the venue is Milton Jones.

He is bringing Temple of Daft to the Royal & Derngate as part of a 170-date tour.

The show brings his usual brand of very silly one-liners but this time he is telling a story about a madcap journey undertaken by his great uncle.

He is performing at Royal & Derngate on April 23, but there are only a few tickets left.
