– Eight artists from the UK, Brazil, Egypt and beyond are exploring ambitious ideas of the cosmos in the current exhibition at NN gallery, in Guildhall Road, Northampton.

The Infinity Show includes films, drawings, prints, sculptures, texts and online media, focusing on the subject of ‘the falsehood of the infinite’. The event will run until Sunday, September 1. Entry free.

– A new exhibition focusing on one of the most influential subcultures to emerge since World War Two has opened at the Northampton Museum & Art Gallery.

‘Mods’ explores stories of the original 1960s Mods, the Mod revival in the late ‘70s and the re-emergence in the last 10 years. It displays key elements of the subculture, including music, fashion and even scooters. The exhibition will run until Sunday, September 29. Admission is free.
