Theatre review: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at The Lighthouse theatre, Kettering

A truly villainous wicked queen brought youngsters to their feet in a frenzy of booing at the Lighthouse Theatre panto.

Victoria Stedeford seemed to have enormous fun in the role of Snow White’s step-mother.

The show starred astrologer Russell Grant and his experience as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing meant he included numerous dance routines in his part as the Astrologer Royal.

The show is great fun for youngsters with all the audience participation you could want, community singing and a colourful dame.

There is also some delightful dancing from some young local performers who auditioned earlier this year for their roles and have clearly been working hard.
