An open air production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream is to be performed at Kirby Hall near Corby.
The Shakespearean romantic comedy is to be performed by the Chapterhouse Theatre Company.
The play is a tale of magical forests, fairies and travelling players.
Bring a picnic and settle down with family and friends for an evening of theatre under the stars. Chapterhouse has been producing open-air Shakespeare productions since it was formed in 2000.
Almost every year it has featured a production of A Midsummer NIght’s Dream.
Producer Richard Main said the play is the foundation for every comedy we see today. He said: “It is surprising how little our collective sense of humour has changed.”
