After a six year absence from live comedy tours, Jack Dee toured the UK and Ireland last autumn to rave reviews.

He is now back on the road once again and has extended his spring tour, Jack Dee Live, to include some extra dates.

Jack will be dropping in to the Royal & Derngate in Northampton at 8pm on Wednesday, September 18, to perform one of his shows.

Jack is not only known for his successful stand-up career, but also for appearing on TV programmes such as QI, Shooting Stars, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 Out of 10 Cats and Have I Got News For You.

He has been hosting Radio 4’s legendary I’m Sorry, I haven’t A Clue. He also recently hosted Sky Atlantic’s new show Don’t Sit In The Front Row and has co-written and starred in four series of the BBC 2 sitcom Lead Balloon.

He has also written memoirs entitled Thanks For Nothing, which he modestly dedicated to himself, “without whom none of this would have been possible.”

A new Jack Dee Live DVD, the first in six years, is also due to be released by Universal Pictures in November this year.

Tickets for the Northampton show cost £22. To book, or for more info about the forthcoming show, log on to www.royalandderngate.co.uk.
