A story about death, family feuds and a garden dinner party is being told in the latest production by the Wellingborough Technical Players.

The group are this week performing Charlotte Jones’ Humble Boy at The Castle Theatre in Wellingborough.

It tells the story of a man who returns to his family home after hearing about his father’s death.

Upon Felix’s return he finds out that his mother, Flora, has rid the house of all her husband’s possessions, and the trouble begins. The play is directed by Teresa Webb.

The play will run until Saturday, at 7.45pm each evening. There will also be a 2.30pm matinee on Saturday.

Tickets cost £10, or £8 for the Saturday matinee. Ring 01933 270007.
