Public Service Broadcasting act back in the region

Public Service Broadcasting return to the region this weekend for a headline gig at Bedford’s Esquires.

Comprised of J Willgoose, Esq. and his drumming companion, Wrigglesworth, the pair blend old public information films and archive footage with driving rhythms and atmospheric electronics.

The duo released their debut album, Inform – Educate – Entertain, in May. The lead single from the record, Signal 30, is a notoriously grisly and hard-hitting US road safety film from 1959.

The album features previous singles Spitfire, ROYGBIV and Everest, three tracks which all won BBC 6Music’s Rebel Playlist last year..

PSB play on Saturday, August 10. Doors open 8pm and tickets cost £10 in advance via
