Legendary folk rockers, Fairport Convention, take their 30th consecutive winter tour to The Stables in Wavendon on Saturday.
In its current format, the band’s winter tour started in 1985 and the annual event has become a much-loved institution.
Co-founder Simon Nicol said: “We’re really looking forward to going on the road again.
“The band started out in 1967 so our next big anniversary will be Fairport’s Golden Jubilee in 2017. But even after nearly 50 years on the road, we still look forward to playing in front of audiences.”
For 2014, Fairport will mix material from their most recent album and classics from the band’s earlier repertoire.
There will also be new and previously unperformed songs destined for the band’s next studio album.
Fairport play The Stables on Saturday, February 1.
Tickets cost £25 but have now sold out. Doors open at 8pm. For details call 01908 280800.
