Band Of Skulls play Roadmender

BAND of Skulls headline The Roadmender on Saturday night.

The band release their new single, You’re Not Pretty But You Got It Goin’ On this week which is taken from their second album Sweet Sour which was released earlier this year.

BOS sold out the London Roundhouse in March and played at this year’s SXSW and Coachella festivals and the likes of T in the Park and Reading and Leeds.

The trio comprise of guitarist and singer Russell Marsden, bassist Emma Richardson and drummer Matt Hayward.

Support is Manchester’s Folks who released their debut album, I See Cathedrals in October. Folks’ new single, My Mother is out in February.

Folks have been gigging across the country with US outfit We Are Augustines.

They comprise of singer Scott Anderson, guitarists Michael Beasley and Thom Fripp, bassist Harry Gumery, keyboard player Wil Ackroyd and drummer Elliot Barlow .

BOS and Folks play the Roadmender on Saturday, December 8.

Doors open at 7pm and tickets cost £15.
