he Brandy Thieves are one of most exiting live acts in the Midlands and by combining gypsy rhythms and punk energy, ska grooves and folk storytelling, the band has also created a sound that is uniquely their own.
A dynamic trio of musicians brimming with skill and effervescent charisma, Dead Frequency are a high energy amalgamation of My Chemical Romance and The Darkness.
Y-Fi are actory finalists and closing the night. They will be bringing the noise factor to the Phoenix. Y-Fi’s take on rock music draws influence, not only from energetic alternative rock heard from bands such as Placebo, but also the sky-high walls of sound that can be heard from post-rock bands such as Explosions in The Sky.
After the bands, there will be a selection of DJ slots from Phoenix’s own Embodied Audio Room family.
