Cara Dillon returns to the region next weekend to headline The Castle in Wellingborough.
The singer, who is one of the finest exponents of traditional Irish song, was recently nominated in the Folk Singer of the Year category of the 2015 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
Dillon released her fifth solo album, A Thousand Hearts, last year.
She also features on the soundtrack to Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue.
She headlines the venue on Saturday, April 18.
Doors open at 7.30pm, tickets cost £18 before fees.
Classic Clapton headline the Wellingborough venue tomorrow night (Friday) as part of their 30th anniversary tour.
Formed in 1985 and led by Mike Hall, Classic Clapton have become something of a rock institution and the cream of the rock ‘n’ roll tribute genre.
