Buzzcocks back at Roadmender


Legendary British punk band Buzzcocks return to the Roadmender this weekend.

Forming in the late 1970s, the band released their debut album Another Music in a Different Kitchen in 1978.

Their second album, Love Bites, was released the same year, and featured the iconic track Ever Fallen in Love (With Someone You Shouldn’t’ve).

Despite disbanding in the early 1980s the band reformed in 1989. Buzzcocks comprise of singer and guitarist Peter Shelly and guitarist Steve Diggle – both who were members of the band during the late 1970s.

They are joined by bassist Chris Remmington and drummer Danny Farrant who have been part of the band since the mid 2000s. Buzzcocks released their ninth studio album, The Way, last year.
