The Northampton singer songwriter is due to kick off the 12-date tour in Southampton this week before heading around the country, concluding with two nights at London’s Hoxton Hall.

The release of Reset in November was part of another successful year for Lockett, who played his latest single Hard Act To Follow to a TV audience of millions on The Late Late Show with James Corden in America the same month.

Over the past 15 months, Lockett has headlined his own tour across the UK and Europe, supported chart topper Lewis Capaldi, played at festivals including Glastonbury, Latitude and Isle Of Wight and walked out onto arena stages opening for ELO.

Reset features the tracks Hard Act To Follow, Say I’m Sober, Trading Places and Easy. Three tracks were produced by Anthony Goldsbrough and one by Steph Marziano. The record has helped Lockett reach a monthly audience of more than a million listeners on Spotify.

Reset follows recent singles Every Time You’re High, Covered In Chaos, Feels So Good and Empty House.

Previously talking about the EP, Lockett said: “There’s a real hunger in the EP.

“There was no one telling us what the songs need to be or interfering. It’s been heaven. For the past two years it has been difficult doing something I love knowing it wasn’t going to get released because it had to go through so many people and chances are one wasn’t going to like it.”

Tickets are on sale now and cost £13 before fees. Doors open at 7.30pm. For more information, visit www.billylockett.com.
