Bands to play town beer festival

Dozens of bands will play at the Northampton County Beer Festival which returns to Delapre Park for four days from Thursday.

The entertainment begins on Thursday from 6pm with sets by K.R.A.B, VHS Pirates, Jono and The Uke Dealers and The Drunken Mandem with The Brewer’s Daughter and Chris Ducket playing on the second stage.

On Friday, music is from 1pm with The Bophins, Bushpigs, The Snakemen 3, Sara Spade & the Noisy Boys, King’s Gambit, Sean Grant & the Wolfgang and Two Tones. Luna Falls, Green Leaves Down, Jane Carr, Scott Walters and Datbwoi play the second stage.

On Saturday, The Volcons kick off proceedings from midday and will be followed by Fox Chapel, Yellow Dog Blues Band, Geripa Tracks, Greg Cave and the Old Country Band, Oh Boy! and Misty’s Big Adventure. Freddie Taylor, Katie Paton, Das Boaty McBoatface, Jack Ward & Saphron, Cool Jazz Collective and Jonny & Elliot Williams play the second stage.

Music on the final day is from midday with sets by Open Stage Choir, Rose & Castle Morris, the Brackley Brass Band, The Keepers, the Vincent Vega Band and Groove Cartell. Steve Frost, Jimtom…Say? Kenneth Nash and Daniel Knight play the other stage.
