Dylan Hartley’s first Six Nations campaign as England captain will end with silverware.
Hartley and Co have claimed the title with a game to go, following Scotland’s win against France on Sunday.
And England will now set their sights on the Grand Slam, knowing a win in France next weekend will secure it.
Hartley was appointed national team skipper by new head coach Eddie Jones back in January and he has started in all four Six Nations wins so far.
England beat Wales 25-21 on Saturday to keep hopes of the Slam alive.
And they will now look to complete the job in Paris on Saturday evening.
