Lewis Ludlam will skipper seventh-placed Saints as they seek to end a run of six straight home defeats.

As for Sale, who currently sit fourth in the Gallagher Premiership standings, they include former Leicester Tigers centre Manu Tuilagi as part of a strong line-up.
