Samu Manoa will end a week in which he has been linked with a big-money move to Toulon by making his 100th Saints appearance against Ospreys in a crucial Champions Cup clash.

The America star is named in the team for the Pool 5 meeting at Franklin’s Gardens, lining up alongside Tom Wood and Calum Clark in the back row.

Saints have made two changes to the side which lost 20-11 at Racing Metro last weekend, with James Wilson taking over from hamstring injury victim George Pisi and Lee Dickson coming in for Kahn Fotuali’i, who is named on the bench against his former club.

Meanwhile, Ospreys have been hit with a double blow as influential No.8 Dan Baker and speedy winger Eli Walker are ruled out.

Baker suffered a neck injury in the 42-7 win against Treviso last weekend, while Walker is sidelined with an ankle ligament problem.
